1. Charge Full Before Use

  • Ensure the device is fully charged before use to guarantee optimal performance throughout the day.

    • 2. Add Liquid & Set Temperature

  • Pour your breast milk, pre-made formula, or sterile water into the warmer. Select your preferred temperature (up to 50°C / 122°F). The current temperature will be displayed while the unit heats.

    • 3. Heat Quickly & Maintain Temperature

  • Milk or water will heat in just 1–3 minutes. The warmer’s insulation feature keeps your milk cold until you’re ready to warm it.
  • For formula feeding, simply add the pre-made formula, set the desired temperature, and leave the unit to maintain that temperature for up to 15+ hours – perfect for day trips or overnight feeds.

    • 4.Battery Life & Heating Cycles

  • With a full charge, the warmer lasts 15+ hours when maintaining warm water (without the insulation feature).
  • When heating 500ml of liquid, the battery supports 3–4 heating cycles. Larger heating cycles will deplete the battery faster.

    Can I store cold breastmilk in the Express and warm it up later?

    Yes, the Express has thermal insulation to keep milk cold for 8-10 hours. However, it is not designed for thawing frozen milk. For defrosting, use the Original Warmer.

    How long can I safely leave cold breastmilk in the Express?

    Up to 8-10 hours.

    How long can I safely leave heated breastmilk in the Express?

    According to safety guidelines, once breastmilk has been heated, it should be used within 2 hours and then discarded if not consumed.

     How do I clean the warmer between uses while on the go?

    If using sterile water for formula preparation, cleaning between uses is not necessary.  If using for breastmilk or cows milk,  it must be rinsed out straight away after use and clean it with 3 % hydrogen peroxide or the warm soapy water method. At the end of the day use the self-sanitise function while charging.

    Should I use the self-sanitise function between uses?
