Purchases from Our Online Store
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@mekebaby.co.uk within seven (7) days of receiving the item. A return or exchange will be arranged, and a refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt of the product in its original packaging.
Used Products (Working Order)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for used products unless they are faulty.
Product Dissatisfaction
If you're not satisfied with your product, please contact us at info@mekebaby.co.uk Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with UK Consumer Protection Laws.
Purchases from External Retailers
Faulty or Damaged Products
If the product is faulty or damaged, please contact the retailer directly within seven (7) days of receiving the item. Returns will be handled according to the retailer's policy.
Used Products (Working Order)
We cannot accept returns for used items unless they are faulty.
Product Dissatisfaction
Any returns or exchanges for products purchased from external retailers must be managed through the retailer where the product was bought.

 Warranty and Product Care
All MEKE Baby warmers contain rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, which naturally degrade over time. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not a product defect. Performance issues due to age, charging habits, or usage patterns are not covered under warranty unless determined to be a manufacturing fault within the specified warranty period.
To prolong the lifespan of your battery and maintain optimal performance, we recommend:
Avoid draining the battery to 0% regularly.
Recharge when the battery level drops below 30%.
Unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged.
Always use the original charging cable and power adapter provided.
Customers must report any battery-related issues, including broken buttons, within thirty (30) days of receiving the product for warranty assessment. Prompt inspection of your product is encouraged to address concerns early.
Leaking Lid: If the silicone seal comes off and causes the lid to leak, please report it within seven (7) days of receiving the product, as improper cleaning methods may cause this issue.
If a fault is reported after the thirty (30) day period, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Cosmetic Damage and Scuffs: Any cosmetic imperfections such as minor scuffs or surface marks must be reported to MEKE Baby within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. If the product’s function is affected by damage, please provide photographic evidence and report it immediately.
Damage to packaging or external boxes caused during shipping is not covered by warranty. MEKE Baby does not accept liability for damage caused in transit by third-party carriers.
We recommend inspecting your product upon delivery. Any concerns regarding cosmetic marks or visible defects should be reported within the seven (7) day window. No claims for cosmetic damage will be accepted once the product is used or after this period.

As a UK resident, your consumer rights are protected by UK Consumer Protection Laws, including the right to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty products. These rights cannot be excluded or modified. If a product does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy.
If you are returning a product for a remedy under UK Consumer Protection Laws, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if your claim meets the criteria for a remedy, we will reimburse your return delivery costs. Depending on the issue, we will either offer a replacement or refund.
